The Bad Guys Won! A Season of Brawling, Boozing, Bimbo Chasing and Championship Bawseball with Straw, Doc, Mookie, Nails, the Kid, and the Rest of the 1986 Mets, the Rowdiest Team Ever to Put on a New York Uniform - and Maybe the Best, was a book released in 2004 about the 1986 New York Mets. It was written by Jeff Pearlman and focused on all the crazy, nasty shit the Mets did during their pennant-winning season. Chock full of booze, violence and swearing.
