Ah.. you're probably wondering what this 'Dee-Nee' thing is... So, without any further Apu...

Dee-Nee (pronounced Dih-nih) is the offical sound one makes for the selection of a pinch hitter, coined by Potsie though used by all. A sound clip can be heard here. Dee Nee has become a very local phenomonon here in Chicago, as we pretty much utter it whenever anything benefital happens to us, RBI or otherwise. It has also spawned an online community dedicated to RBI Baseball.
