Bucky Walters is the #2 listed Starting pitcher for the Reds in the Arcade version of RBI. He is easily the most dominant pitcher in either version of RBI, especially for those who play with only 1 Starting pitcher allowed per game (curve style). His combination of Stamina and curve ability is simply unmatched, allowing the Reds to be a competitive team, despite their relatively weak Arcade offense.
