A pitcher's fastball speed determines how fast their fastball can be thrown. There is a calcuation figured out by nightwulf but short and sweet for now.
A fastball is thrown by pressing down+a. It docks 2 stamina points from the pitcher. The pitch is the fastest in a pitcher's arsenal but has limited movement.
