The tag NSFW stands for Not Safe For Work - it is used to flag forum threads and posts that a picture/video/etc contains nudity, violence, poo or anything else that you don't want your boss seeing. The current protocol is that all NSFW content has to be posted in the thread title and done at the original time of posting. This means no editing a thread title later to add NSFW, as many people will miss the edit.
