  • Traded by the Minnesota Twins with Rob Wilfong to the California Angels for Tom Brunansky, Mike Walters, and $400,000 on MAy 12, 1982
  • An All-Star in 1981
  • Set AL rookie records with 73 appearances and 23 saves
