The best lefty pinch hitter for the Detroit Tigers, Pat Sheridan, R.B.I. Baseball legend is the most appealing substitute for the ass that is Larry Herndon at the 5th spot in the lineup. With solid power but poor contact, Sheridan is usually all or nothing at the plate but when hitting the cover off the ball can make his team nearly unstoppable offensively.

• Born December 4, 1957 in Ann Arbor, MI
• Drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the 3rd round of the 1979 amateur draft
• Played in the Big Leagues from 1981-1991
• Traded by the Detroit Tigers
• Released by the Kansas City Royals twice, in 1986 and [[1990], and by the New York Yankees in 1991
• Played for R.B.I. Baseball's Detroit Tigers in the 1987 American League Championship Series, winning Game 3 with a two-run bomb in the bottom of the eighth inning
• Nicknamed PS, I Love You by the Dee-Nee Crew
• Proudly wears a 1985 World Series ring as a member of the Kansas City Royals
• Inducted into the Eastern Michigan University Athletic Hall of Fame in the fall of 1998
