Roy Smalley of the Minnesota Twins is a one-time all-star, one-time World Series champion, and a first pick overall in 1974. He's had stints in Texas, Minnesota, the Yankees, and the White Sox before finishing his career in Minnesota. He doesn't seem to have good stats in RBI, though. Too bad.
